I can’t remember the first time I saw one of Ross Moody’s designs for 55 Hi’s. I do know that it was 2011 and that it took about 5 seconds to shift from casual viewer of website to loyal buyer of prints & coasters & cards for almost all occasions. The first items I purchased were this Do What You Love print and this Bad Decisions Make Great Stories print (although it looked different at the time). I put them up at my office and get compliments on them regularly. I subscribed not only to the newsletter, but also to Ross Moody’s aesthetic. Fun designs, irreverent phrases.

The typographic notepads are the latest additions – a collaboration with typographer Dave Foster. Notepads are one of my favorite things to add in any kind of gift, especially when they’re designed well with plenty of room for…notes. The shotglass cards are such a fun element to a card that ensures the card has a life after delivery (the card folds into a shotglass – designed to hang around a bottle of spirits).
