One of the first things I notice about designs with text is…the text! It’s fascinating how the organization of words–one significant word, or a multitude–all needing to convey something to viewers, can change the way we perceive what we’re reading.

Even better than that, is the art of hand-lettering. To quote Rachel Zoe, I die. There’s something really special about hand-to-paper/board lettering that adds an incredible amount of character to a piece. I’ve been  mass hoarding examples on Pinterest, and these are a few of my favorites.

What do you think about hand-lettering? Who are your favorites?
